APA has designated both American Airlines and Delta Air Lines 2004 APA Annual Meeting in San Francisco. We are pleased to have been able to obtain discounts for flights from the UK and Europe as well as throughout North America. To obtain the best fares, plan to make your reservations more than 60 days in advance.

 

American Airlines

Our contract with American Airlines for travel to/from cities in the United States and Canada.

 

If you 30 days or more in advance, you will be eligible for a 10% discount off the applicable available fare at the meeting service desk for the date and time of your travel. If you pay for a refundable ticket, you will obtain a 15% discount off the applicable available fare at the meeting service desk for the date and time of your travel.

 

If you make your reservations 29 days or less, you will be eligible for a 5% discount off the applicable available fare at the meeting service desk for the date and time of your travel.

 

You may call 1-800-433-1790 between 5 a.m. and midnight CST every day to book your travel. Be sure to reference File # A99D3AK.

 

If you use a professional travel consultant, please be sure the consultant calls the telephone number given above and references the File number.

 

Delta Airlines

Delta will not provide a discount if you book via their web page.

Our contract with Delta Air Lines provides for travel from the following countries only: England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Spain.

 

If you make your reservations 60 days or more in advance, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on the lowest eligible non-refundable fare. If you pay for a refundable ticket, you will obtain a 15% discount on the lowest eligible fare.

 

If you book your reservations 59 days or less in advance, you will be eligible for a 5% discount.
