Terminal 3:
Any guest arriving on American or United Airlines will be coming out of Terminal 3 and will catch the SuperShuttle van service at the outer curb in front of United Airlines Door #3. Once you have picked up your luggage from the Lower Level, precede to the Upper Level (departure level) follow the ground transportation sign &endash; Door-to-Door Shuttle.
Terminal 1:
All other Domestic Airlines will arrive at Terminal 1. Follow the same directions by going to the Upper Level. Proceed outside the front door and go left towards US Airways. Cross to the center Island.
At the center island you will be met by a SuperShuttle Airport Guest Coordinator (AGC) dressed in a blue and black SFO jacket. Advise the AGC with your hotel destination and he/she will put you on the designated van for that location.
Information Booths:
There are a number of Airport Information Booths on both the Lower and Upper Levels and if you require more information on where to locate the SuperShuttle van service, please talk with one of their helpful representatives. They can direct you to our SuperShuttle van service.

2. When upon arrival into Oakland, please collect your luggage then call our dispatch at (800) 258-3826 and press 1. By pressing one you will transfer into dispatch and they will let you know where to meet your van.
