    APA has designated US Airways as the official airline carrier for the 2005 APA Annual Meeting in Boston. We are pleased to have been able to obtain discounts for flights from the UK and Europe as well as throughout North America. These discounts may also be available for travel for select United Airlines code share flights. Please note that all code-share flights must be e-ticketed.     If you reserve your flight 60 days or more in advance, you will be eligible for a 12% discount off the select published fares at the meeting service desk for the date and time of your travel. There is a 17% discount off unrestricted published fares if you make your reservation 60 or more days in advance. If you make your reservations at least 7 days before your flight, you will be eligible for a 7% discount off the select published fares at the meeting service desk for the date and time of your travel.

  •  Ground Transportation

    The Sheraton Boston is located in the heart of Boston and is easily accessible both by taxi cab and by public transportation

    By Taxi:

    Taxicabs are readily available at Logan Airport. A cab from the airport to the Sheraton Boston Hotel will cost approximately $25.00.

    By Public Transportation:

    One-way fare on the subway (run by the MBTA, also known as the T) costs $1.25. The airport is located on the Blue line of the MBTA. The Sheraton Boston is located on the Green line of the MBTA at the Hynes Convention Center stop. For a map of the subway, please visit the subway section of www.mbta.com. The trip will take from 30-45 minutes.

    Shuttle Service:

    There are a number of shared shuttles that travel from the airport to Boston hotels, including the Sheraton. Vans depart every 15 minutes and you will not need a reservation. Below is a listing of shared van services from the airport to the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Please note other van services also go to the hotel; ask the driver upon your arrival if the van will go to the Sheraton. If you have special needs or have questions about the van services provides, please call the van service listed or visit their website.
