IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT HOTEL ROOMS

The APA and AIA are pleased to announce overwhelming attendance for the San Diego Annual Meeting. Because of increased attendance, we have filled all conference guest rooms at the main convention hotel. There is a very limited availability of rooms at the nearby Marriott GasLamp Quarter at the special rate of $159. Please contact the Marriott GasLamp Quarter directly for availability: 1-888-800-8118. Also, rooms may become available at the San Diego Marriott and Marina (convention hotel) due to last minute cancellations; availability can be checked by calling the hotel directly at 1-619-234-1500.
If the hotel cannot accommodate your dates, you will need to find your own accommodations. The APA and AIA have already surpassed our conference blocks at both the main hotel and overflow hotel, and we are not able to contract more convention rate rooms. The AIA and APA cannot increase our conference block any further.
The AIA and APA have recently been informed that our block of conference rooms for the Annual Meeting has been sold out at the San Diego Marriott and Marina (convention hotel). Most nights at the San Diego Marriott and Marina are still available, but some guests have found that their desired nights are sold out.
If the San Diego Marriott and Marina cannot accommodate your full stay, please contact the Marriott Gaslamp Quarter. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the convention hotel, and it is honoring the $135 convention rate for AIA/APA guests. Please call the Marriott Gaslamp Quarter hotel at 1-888-800-8118.
